1 doz. (broken up) hard taco shells
2 lbs. (ground beef)
1/2 cup. chopped-onion
1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom
1/2 cup. of milk
1 can enchilada sauce (10 oz.)
1 can chopped green chilies (4 oz.)
1 cup. grated-cheese


Taco Enchilada Casserole
Start by browning the beef and onion, make shore to drain excess fat, oil your casserole dish, brake up the taco shells and start layering 1/2 of your taco shells. Now add your beef and onions, add 1/2 of your cheese, then the rest of the taco shells. Mix your soup and milk then just pour it on. Sprinkle green chilies and the remainder of cheese. Next Pour on the enchilada sauce. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
