Start by browning the beef and onion, make shore to drain excess fat, oil your casserole dish, brake up the taco shells and start layering 1/2 of your taco shells. Now add your beef and onions, add 1/2 of your cheese, then the rest of the taco shells. Mix your soup and milk then just pour it on. Sprinkle green chilies and the remainder of cheese.
